I'd say 1 kill at your bind before you're able to call LnS isn't a PnP violation. More than that may result in disciplinary action, or if you legit call LnS properly and get attacked, that'd be a violation as well.
While I agree that this was probably a 'dick move', it's not against the rules.
Also, why does Nizzar know where you are bound?
