I only ride a 125cc Lexmoto Chinese bike (pictured above) but it was all I could afford after finishing uni, plans to upgrade my license and get a Yamaha R6 (pictured below) have been delayed for now at least

The driver who hit me is being prosecuted for "careless driving" which is lower than "dangerous driving" and thanks to the shitty British justice system likely means he'll have to just attend a course reminding him how to drive safely. Any compensation I get will be through his insurance but that's a ways off yet.
Part of me sees this as just being really unlucky and wanting to keep riding but my family think its a sign I should go back to a car
