I don't follow anything you just typed above nor how it relates to any of my points. I think you're out of your element on this one.

Repeat: The issue with the video isn't just that it's distasteful and possible involves child exploitation. It's that it's completely unnecessary and makes the server look like an awful place to the majority of people who would ever consider playing here.

There's a lot of issues with this server and why it will likely never "take off," but by far the number one reason is the core player base here. I can't help you if you're blind to that and just think everyone else is "crybabies."
