If you have a perfect diet theoretically you should poop very little. Poop is the body's way of getting rid of waste. If you're not eating crap, you don't poop. Almost every food has some waste though, unless your straight up consuming the meal replacements that contain nothing but exactly what you need (I've done this and it reduced pooping down to once or twice a week, and small).

This actually isn't too far from the truth. Most people don't know that (aside from water) feces are mostly composed of bacteria. These bacteria can digest certain kinds of fiber and produce short-chain fatty acids which your body can burn for calories. Gorillas actually get like 50% of their calories this way; humans max out at like 5%. Most girls on diets would probably not be amused to know that all of their salads are actually burned as fat in their bodies!
