You do not call yourself a family friendly non griefing guild then go and bash people's RL and grief people. Nihilum does not say they don't have bad apples. Everyone has bad apples. The problem is Red Dawn hides behind the "good guy" label because they are against all this negative stuff but the truth is, half of their members break all the "rules" HB has made. HB doesn't fix the rules or kick people for breaking them. There is no honor in Red Dawn.

To be fair dude, you love attention. You make yourself a huge target in ooc and on the forums. You can't do that and then expect people to not take special efforts to troll or grief you.. I know because I do the same shit. I'm prepared for the griefing thoigh and think it adds to the excitement factor.
HB does take his charter seriously, I've listened to him in TS call people out and talked to him about situations where I thought shady shit was happening. I think if you were to provide solid proof of these events, that HB would at the less have a talk with these people.
For the most part thoigh RD had been a good experience. I have received a lot of help and made a bunch of friends. Sure it's not perfect but neither is nihilum.
Look you placed out of RD for your own reasons, so leave it at that. If you think you're in a superior guild now then just ride the wave bro. Let RD sort itself out, but if you fight for the spotlight then you're just making yourself an easy target.
