Raids have been stagnant for years, RD is sniping a mob or two recently - I doubt that would change much.

I'm not playing, I don't know how I feel about boxing. I'm not saying it will help people contest mobs, what I am saying is that it will aid uncontested raids such as plane of air/hate/fear, epic mobs etc.
