Don't know if torpor drops off them or not. A-Team kills them if we're bored and don't have anything better to do. I know they've dropped some other level 60 spells though (VoG and disintigrate for us, recently), so I assume they can drop torpor also, although infrequently.
Need a pretty solid group of 60s to do them really.
