I think player run Casinos are stupid and I'd ban anyone who advertised one if I ran the show.
Lucky for them, I don't. Although it was a glorious time in FFXI when they cracked down hard on RMT and started banning thousands of accounts each quarter for RMT activity. The Casinos disappeared overnight.
