Someone said that it was originally 20 mana but it was upped to 60 mana with the introduction of things like flowing thought - is there any evidence of this? Also I'm sure astuce is right about the second concern - Charm seems to last around 3 ticks now when I was normally able to get it to last for up to a full minute, sometimes more, sometimes less. Granted this at least makes it more predictable, I don't believe this is classic.
