60 warriors, clerics and enchanters helping the guild and getting a benefit in exchange.
Personally, I'd rather award a drop to the 60 warrior who makes 80% of raids and spend 30 hours a week tanking for guild xp groups than the warrior who only makes 100% of raids but never logs on otherwise.
