Also if you want to cheat (i.e., have no motivation for exercise, can't control appetite / cravings etc).. there are plenty of "workout" supplements. I know for a fact they work, however, it's hard to determine the long term impact of using them as they are relatively recent.

most weight loss supplements are mainly green tea extract and caffeine.
they add other proprietary ingredients for patents sake.
diet. excercise. multivitamin. sleep
