i can write this because i am in shape and have lost 60+ pounds twice in my life....yeaaa twice.

work out/diet for 2 weeks, when you get your first compliment from someone who hasent seen you in 2 weeks, you will be hooked. its easy...get past the second week.

for you really fat people - best diet is chicken and veggies for lunch and dinner (no corn)
breakfast have weight control oatmeal(quaker) and a yogurt
(must have "live active culture" as first ingredient)
youre done eating at 8pm- water only-coffee w/out sugar - MULTIVITAMIN - Take one..it is needed.

The best excersise if you are very obese is interval training on a stationary bike.
it will increase your heart rate while not destroying your knees from the overwhelming weight.
2 mins of a regluar controlled pace (like a brisk joyful bike ride), 1 min all out, 2 min reg pace, 1 min all out, 2 min regular pace, 1 min all out....continued until you have done AT LEAST 45 mins. Anything less than 45 is POINTLESS.

You will drop 10 pounds the first 2 days...then you should see 2-5 pounds a week keeping to this diet.

get to the point where you are doing 45 mins prior to weight lifting, and then another 45 mins after weight lifting.

sleep is extremely important. log off eq and sleep so your metabolism can work while u rest.

its really this simple.
