I made no excuses this whole thread? I saw someone say 10-15 60s which sounded stupid to me. Decided to look at the 2/3 list to point out they were wrong.

Those sound like excuses for why Red Dawn people who are not level 60 should count as level 60s. They are terrible excuses, so perhaps they don't even qualify as such?
