be it corruption or incompetence, power and ego are in it now and backing down means admitting wrong doing, and that won't happen without the threat of loss of position, and that can only come from 2 at the top.

there are plenty of other competitive outlets where there is proper infrastructure in place. let the amateur volunteers play with their new found power, come back when you are over it or when they are removed.

or don't come back! take this whole situation as an opportunity, not a door closing but another opening.
