No, a player shouldn't be banned for PvPing.

You should be banned because of all your suspensions and accusations. If you are arguing that you are innocent of other crimes that have been listed multiple times then that should be what you crusade about, not this PvP incident. The GMs find you guilty of other charges and that is what you need to be messaging them about in private messages if you think you should be unbanned.
By this reasoning...every time you face disciplinary action all of your previous faults, accusations, hearsay and convictions should factor into the determination of guilt.

Sound fair and impartial?

If we are going to judiciously govern PvP then there needs to be a foundation for due process and appeals.


I have heard it many times over how "toxic" Tune is for the server...yet until his banning for violation of PnP nothing has been brought against him that was sound and valid. Just rumors, hearsay and assumptions based upon those that have been butthurt by his gameplay.

Therefore he is banned permanently?
