I think the only deal elderan speaks of is when nizzar told lawlzies we could have nagafen / vox / ragefire if we didn't ally with azrael. They then proceeded to kill us at ragefire without a single tell sent because "they meant only Sunday ragefire" and that we broke the deal by having multiple azrael members guilded despite every single person he mentioned being not actually guilded.
