Since starting on this server Katrasle and I have tried as best as possible to fight as cleanly as possible.
Nothing has changed in our routine with the new PnP rules, and yet now instead of 'good fight, can I get my corpse' I get people constantly screaming "can't touch me ban ban ban" in my face, or trash talking before they scoot, or engaging us one zone over only to flee back into their 'safe zone' where they can again scream 'ban ban ban'.
These rules allow what I can only presume are grown adults to act like children with out consequences. They also leave so much room for abuse.
I think a screenshot I took during the Dreadlands PvP is the essence of why these rules are hostile:

Pathetic.

It is sad that some are trying to use the PnP rules to essentially grief. The entire point was just a message from the GMs telling the server they would not allow griefing, you know what griefing is, clean up your act. The majority of the server wasn't griefing anyways but they wanted to address it and give warning to those that would get a ban if they continued to do what they do.
If players do things like attack you on a corpse run, no matter what zone they are in, PnP is off and you can attack them again.
If players state they are frapsing just to get people banned and that is all they care about, I would be surprised if they wouldn't get a suspension themselves.
The PnP was a failure because of how childish and retarded most of the community is. People are trying to figure out how to grief within the rules or how to get people in trouble when the entire spirit of the rules was to promote healthy competitive PvP.
Once the GMs, if ever, get some more time to invest in this server they will clean it up but it will take a more hands on approach since this community can't do much on its own.
