"If Red Dawn wishes to surrender they must make sure of three things."
1. Stasis never, ever posts, or talks in ooc ever again.
2. Only one character starting with the letters SEKTOR is logged on at one time.
3 Heartbrand and all of his characters are delevled and exiled to Eruds Crossing.
