The basic idea seems very, very cool; kudos! It did seem like a lot of the info was redundant however: everything it told you could already be seen on your action buttons/buffs bar (and at at the end, when your JBoots were dispelleed, the HUD was actually less accurate).
The one thing that did seem uniquely valuable was the mend timer: unlike most actions, mend takes so long that you might well forget how much longer you need to wait. Stuff like that which you can't already see is where I think the HUD can really shine.
Here's a few random (completely pie in the sky) ideas:
- tracking buffs you cast on other people (as a shaman it'd be great to be reminded that my tank's haste has faded and I need to renew it); this could add up to a lot of HUD items though, so maybe only show the one that's about to expire the soonest?
- a (wannabe) maps feature: how cool would it be if, when you type /loc, the HUD brought up (for a few seconds) the appropriate zone map from the wiki? And if you could get a little OCR going (to read the map coordinates) it could even add a dot with your location
- how much more damage your pet has done: since a pet doing >50% damage = 1/2 experience, everyone wants to make sure they do at least 51%, but it's not always easy to tell how much of the mob's life loss came from the pet
- EC deal finder: whenever anyone says "WTS sword of awesomeness 5k" the HUD could check the wiki price, and if the in-game price was (say) less than half of the wiki price, the HUD could alert you "deal on sword of awesomeness: 5k instead of the normal 10k"
I'm sure there are all sorts of other cool things you can do with the HUD, as the idea has tons of potential. I really hope you keep developing it!
