All forum accounts should be tied to an in-game account. Posting rights outside of a heavily moderated introductory forum should be granted past level ~20. Forum discipline should extend to in-game accounts and vice versa.

I sold my in game account so Forum Rhambuk =/= in game rhambuk.
I guess I'd have to change my forum name or something (
