The attitude where we eschew the douchebaggery of the raid scene and seek to work with the Tier 2 guilds to develop a rotation that caters to casual raiding, much to the chagrin of Tier 1 guilds that have a chip on their shoulder about wanting us to play their way and get our hands dirty with them?
