what you post, and what you posted earlier, and what you posted even earlier rarely line up. give it a rest you guys cheated. did RD break some rules? i'm sure there are some that did, but that was after the fact. everyone that broke the rules should get an error message when they log in for a vacation. that actually aids nihilum as you guys have 4-5 chars each and most RD members are non 60s with crap gear ATM.

I admitted I was dead and did not personally see any RD members breaking the rules. I was still alive when some people that had died were back fighting as it was already brought up in TS/chat.
Sorry man, I just don't think you should be posting things like "you did break the rules, there is no denying that" when you self-admittedly weren't around for the majority of the fight and are basing a lot of it on hearsay from TS.

The simple fact of the matter is that it is nearly impossible for both sides not to break the rules in a 120 person PVP encounter. I was in our TS and 90% of the discussion was about who can and can't be killed. I can assure you that there was not a single person intentionally breaking LNS rules. In fact Nizzar called for SoWing/healing and rezzing RD dead near the end after HB had thrown in the towel.

Just for one moment stop trying to look at this as a way to get Nihilum members banned and start looking at it objectively. Can you honestly say that you think the PNP rules being applied during the fight added to the enjoyment of the battle? Absolutely nothing changes from a griefing standpoint if LNS is granted after the engagement is over instead of mid fight. Everyone gets their corpses, nobody gets CC'd, and most importantly the TS on both sides isn't 90% discussion on who you can even target.

The fact that you're on here trying to lawyer Nihilum bans instead of discussing the actual PVP is proof enough for me what your strategy is. You're even willing to throw your own guildmates under the bus as a sacrifice if it means getting a few of our accounts banned. If you guys truly care about the server as much as you claim then you'd start pushing (as should we) for a ruleset that prevents griefing without undermining the spirit of a PVP server.

However, I fully expect this to fall on deaf ears as every other post on the subject I've made has. The banlust is insatiable right now.
