The Charms all share a Cooldown of 15 minutes, and have a 30 second cast time to prevent potential exploits. This will not change.
The Ding! Token is irreversable. You may Delevel a character from any level to 20, but there is no way to get it back to 60 (eventually 65/70) without leveling manually. We will NOT restore levels.
The Backflag Token is no drop when you purchase it, you then hand it into Brock, who will be placed in EC next to Thaddeus, who will hand you a trade-able Token according to your account's flag. For example, if you are flagged for Kunark, it will return a Kunark flag token which flags a character for Kunark zones/level 60. If you are Velious flagged it will give you a Velious token, which will flag your character for both Kunark and Velious, as well as unlock level 60. Mistaken purchases (IE you buy the token on an account which is not flagged for anything) will NOT be reimbursed. Please read everything carefully!
