How do you get the parts to stick together? I've got like 5 torsos and several heads, and at least 4 gross of various limbs. Any help would be appreciated.

You gotta do the combine in an evil city oven otherwise it doesn't work. Also make sure you use the foraged tongues. dropped tongues don't work.
