Sure, Jizzar had a mob or two hit him while he was killing a group. I mean, a warrior cannot really train. He can bring mobs that are still hitting him...If he had brought 20 mobs and just died at the group, that would be a train, and a warning should be issued.
What if the group was already fighting a mob when Jizzar arrived and they fought back, should they all be banned for training?

It's the same rule lawyering shit that happens when people are going crazy over a raid of 20 people bringing 1 ldc to a dragon fight and blaming the wipe on the 1 ldc. Sure it's not allowed but it's not game changing, not in advantage of the trainer as the mob will hit him, and most likely not intended.

Being that I was in the group I will tell you what happened.
Jizzar zoned in and agroed a few kobolds. He could of easily killed those kobolds but he didnt. He runs up to the entrance of Efreeti and sees a few imps. He could of easily killed those imps but didnt. Instead, he pulls the couple kobolds and couple imps to a group of sub 50s that had 3 mobs on them. We were killing our mobs and when he pulled the mobs up to us, we got social agro. Charm pet broke and the chanter started to go down, he got low hp agro from Jizzar and the charm pet and I healed him. Now our whole group has agro on all 7 mobs. Jizzar pops his disc and kills the chanter and now all the mobs are on my cleric which Jizzar then goes to crippling blow me to death. The point is, he didn't have to bring the mobs. No one that has half a brain would bring those mobs thinking it wouldn't train that group. If he really cared about PvPing us, he would of done that. Instead, he decided to bring PvE with him to assist him with PvPing us. Training is illegal anyway you look at it. If I agro a bat while running out, I don't sit at the zoneline waiting for them to get there while attacking you, I reset agro and comeback.
