My favorite lately has been this Ruby Red Chai based on rooibos, naturally caffeine free, with a little milk and honey. Lemongrass and mint does sound tasty, though.

There was a really cute really comfortable tea house in my hometown I used to go to for something similar. I miss that place, and I miss this tea.
