Anything that is proposed will always favor the top end. Wtf are you smoking. That's because the top end tries harder, invests more or whatever. It will always be that way. We're talking about being good sports and not monopolizing shit here. We're going to have to compete with TMO, nvest all that effort, and maybe still end up on the losing end.
