[Grizzled]

Ok so I have posted this before. I have an account with 5 characters that fail to load 100% of the time. The game will hang and eventually just crash to log in. When I relog it gives a 1018 like it was trying to load and just timed out.

As per rogean's post on something like this issue, the UI character files as well as the ui_project 1999 files to dont exist. so therefor i cannot delete or rename them. Someone asked for a log, well i did it once and posted it. Since i cant log the characters how can I create a log?

This computer has been reformatted and windows reinstalled as well as p99. I do not see how this is a client side issue.

My second account thus far works perfectly, it seems to be just and issue with my first account.

Ever since this bug started happening i have been running 700 plus ping.
