Not sure if srs. He isn't bad, but he is in no way very skilled. He is just experienced. Having gone through nearly all situations vs complete noobs, he tends to be able to kill a 52 ( with fucked up resists aka bard songs landing). He rarely kills a 60, and even more rarely kills an equal geared 60.
But yes, he can farm 52's as an epic 60 rog can kill groups of them.

Can't blame him because the only people close to his gear level are guilded with him. You also can't blame him for the resist system. And EQ "skill" is really what you outlined above. This isn't a twitch game, it is 100% situational awareness and knowing how to counter - especially as a caster/bard. There are plenty of other players with the same opportunity/gear level/class to record as many kills as he does and they just don't. The guy is good at what he does plain and simple, even Stasis respects that.
One thing I will say though is make sure you're not at low health as a melee if you're chasing someone down with Tune or you gonna get blown up dirge style. He gets the bloodlust!
