A subforum for guilds' leadership would be great to discuss those issues without all the spam and the almost RnF replies. I lost a lot of time reading the various threads, including the huge 50+ pages one, where half the posts are just crap.
A lot of Europa officers are a bit on hold during those holidays (me included). Giving our advice on the officers forum is still possible indeed but participating in a vocal chat in the next days won't cut it I guess.
