While getting chain mez'd may be obnoxious as fuck it's hardly griefing. I suppose there's a point where it could become excessive, and if it was used to get you an XP death that'd definitely be against PnP, but realistically the best thing to do is just GTFO when a hostile bard enters the zone, they're OP as fuck.
