Well the part I'm worried about is the paladin camp in Rathe Mountains. There is a paladin from each city/guild at this camp and didn't know if I could go dwarf illusion + alliance for one. After that, go erudite illusion + alliance, etc.

The paladin camps in Rathe Mountains weren't a problem based on my past recollections. As long as you didn't do anything to lowing your starting rep with them.
