I don't know if there are any restrictions on enchanter, but I've done necro, wizard (mq atleast) and enchanter turnins on my bard in SolRo. I'm pretty sure any class can do any class quests there.

Well the part I'm worried about is the paladin camp in Rathe Mountains. There is a paladin from each city/guild at this camp and didn't know if I could go dwarf illusion + alliance for one. After that, go erudite illusion + alliance, etc.
