Warsliks Woods goblin missing

Problem: not spawning
A goblin was spawning in a tent at the goblin fort but has not been seen for a couple weeks. This spawn got stuck while I was AEing goblins at the fort. Apparently it was one of the ones that ran away but never returned to me or its spawn location. Perhaps it is below the world.
