What you dont understand is that he died and then a mass pvp encounter occurred in the same zone what seems like almost immediately after. Because it was his guild who was engaged in pvp he is considered hostile regardless of his lns status. This was how it was on live anyway. If hes allowed to lns whats to stop him, lets say if hes a cleric, to throw a few heals before he gates out? Absolutely nothing unless maybe you catch it on fraps :/ its just so much easier to deny lns until the mass pvp is over. Andis isnt the type of guy who breaks rules blatantly and obviously how its set up atm is just a mess.
