Paineel portal
When you're in the area of Paineel with the necromancer guild, the bank, and so on, and you take the portal that brings you to the area with the elevator, the portal makes you face not straight out but way to the right, so that you invariably walk into a tree. Us Heretics did not sign up to have our prodigious foreheads constantly bruised!
