No reason to have 4 lvl range on a server without item loot. 4 levels was necessary on Rallos zek, but without that risk, all the other pvp servers had 8+ lvl pvp range.

Only teams/faction pvp servers had an 8 level range. Revert to 4 level range because this shit ain't classic. If you want an 8+ range, go play on T99.
