Let's say p99 is a school. Everyone has their own clique's. Now maybe you don't exploit and cheat, but you know some of the people in your clique have been called out on that before.

Now your friend asks you to hold something for him (borrow your account). When you get rolled up on by security/police/gm's and they see that you have been holding onto something for your friend. Does it not make you liable?

You chose your friends, you chose who to hang out with regardless of the rumors.

That is why you are guilty by association and will be held accountable for you and your friends actions.
