holocaust exploited it twice, but opposing guild nihilum had exploited it several times beforehand
rogaine even called them out and posted kill logs proving that the kills weren't legit, and no punishment was given to them, whereas holocaust was reinstated and the permabans were reduced to suspensions
tl;dr rogaine is awful at handling shit like this and should just stay away from both servers entirely
