Rules come and go every week it seems, but the rules threads do not get updated. You have to show up to every single raid and find out about these new "rules" second hand either from responses in petition threads or direct tells from staff to raid leaders, which then have to get relayed to members.
Miss a raid, miss a rule.
There is still confusion among the populace as to whether or not FTE matters if you have one person in zone, a whole raid in zone, an actual "attempt" at the mob, or just pure FTE = loot rights.
Recall that a few weeks back, FE/IB had a 30 minute fight with Severilious which the GMs said was completely fine as they watched the whole thing live. They had FTE, didn't kite, and kept it in one spot without it bouncing all over the place. Numerous people from opposition forces however claimed it was "stalling".
What is a "stall" depends on whether or not you win in the end. One time it is strategy, the next time it is exploitz.
