This seems to happen every year for the <Forceful Bastards> bunch of their lower members quit out of disgust of being conned in a game (supposed to be about fun), they en mass recruit/make new flavor of the month guild rinse repeat.
People who stick around eventually see it happening and leave them for real/greener pastures
