Uh, sorry, It's hard to have customer service when you don't have customers. When manhours can't be accounted for or planned on (if work is done on an as available basis), that's an obvious potential reason they cant or won't give a timeline.
Is it your job to complain about the staff and how things are run on these boards? Because you seem to do it all the damn time.
