I don't know the server staff that well, but I've seen it more times than not that GMs on EQEMU server staff will ban people without a thorough investigation, just because there is nothing better to do than witch hunt after the important petitions are clear. The jealousy on these servers make people see things that aren't really happening. (GM abuse is a prime example -- I doubt it happens here, but there are a shit load of you telling me on a daily basis that it is)

You, as a single person, having two separate accounts of active characters sounds like a recipe for trouble.
Technically it's not wrong, but it increases the chance of a honest misunderstanding. I can't see why any one person would need two separate accounts in order to play on this server without boxing.
Yes, some people would find it suspicious.
