I think the issue is where the Gms actually come into play.

In an instance such as this, it would be possible to see that the HT hit before the monk flying kicked or w/e, but if ultimately the burden of proof falls on the players and there isn't sufficient evidence to back their claim then the issue essentially goes down the toilet.

On one side, I don't think the GMs should get involved with these things week in and week out. It draws them away from kunark and to be frank I don't think anyone here wants that. I'm sure they've got quite enough on their plate, and babysitting is the last thing on their minds. On the other hand, the rules are such that they invite controversy like this, in all honesty I'm surprised it took this long for something like this to have happened :P I don't think guilds want to have fraps running 24/7 just feel assured that poop-tornadoes such as this don't start brewing.

I think all guilds should realize that cases like this will happen, but I also think there should be ways of settling this with minimal GM involvement. Somthing that would require a simple ctrl+f in a log to find the culprit.
