Hello all. I have been playing this morning for about 3 hours,I was at the EC tunnel trying to sell something, and suddenly my spells, money, equipment and worn gear all disappeared.

I have petitioned, and do not want to spam. Does anyone know what a rough idea of the wait time for the response is? Has this happened to anyone else before?

I have been on for awhile today and want to have an idea of what I'm in for.
