Enchanters I need your help:
Currently Clarity spells play sound effects. I think it's supposed to be a silent spell. I know this is true for kei and I think others in the line as well. Does anyone remember for sure? Also, players should be animated when they are buffed with clarity like /wince. Is this working for anyone or does it also need fixed?
