Ok that is exactly the "dumbed down", for lack of a better operating drunken mind's term, explanation.
Very eloquent and this does help clear up some misconceptions about haste for me.
While on the subject, do you happen to know what, if any, changes occur to PPM due to haste? Does it remain unchanged and simply modify the overall calculated percentage per hit or is there a visible long term difference?
if there is a negligible difference then the point is moot but it is another haste related article I don't fully grasp.
