BTW Retti thanks for agreeing with everyone that variance is a good idea. You had 50 people up and ready to go to slay all content in the game. If it was variance over 7 days you would have had 20 people. People can contest with 20 players, not 50.
Elderan would also quit according to his own words so it looks like half your guild would probably follow suit. Nihilum might not even exist with variance.

The point I'd with prior knowledge they couldn't mobilize but think they have a shot with track/bat phone war.
The random pop while u happen to have 30 raid ready people in same zone (planar) I uumderstand. But that's all it has going 4 it.
