@ Auvdar: thanks for sharing all the useful info. Nice to see someone trying to help someone out instead of kicking them while they're down.
@ Susvain: congrats on getting the job man. Lot of good advice in here for you, but one thing I really want to backup is the point on watching who you have around you. Whether they mean to or not, when they're down really low many peoples instinct is to just pull everyone else down with them.
