TMO doesn't appear on the aggro list for another 1min 30seconds, even after receiving an FTE shout. TMO could not stall and therefore could not mobilize.
FE/IB out mobilized and killed before you could even get a force together.

Aren't there FTE shouts now? How can people in TMO and FE think they're getting "sniped"? Read the text ya morans.
